ASTRAL SOUNDBATH + PLANT MEDICINE CEREMONY

Immerse yourself in a safe, sound and sacred space to explore the inner realms and gateways beyond physical reality. We gather in an intimate ceremony to tune out the external stimulation and drop inwards to receive messages from plant allies, ancestors and your higher self, a profound opportunity for healing, releasing and reseting your connection to your mind/body/spirit. Seasoned medicine facilitators, Jenn + Ocian, will open, hold and close the experience in a ceremonial fashion.
In this setting, the experience will be curated for you to have an expansive inward journey, lovingly guided by meditation + breathwork to open ceremony and support nervous system regulation. The ceremony is guided by medicine songs, sound alchemy and sacred silence for you to merge with stillness and self to carry you throughout the journey. Afterwards, refreshments and snacks are provided and a post ceremony integration container is available a few days after ceremony.
Pre-Ceremony Preparation Call will be held on Tuesday, May 23rd at 7pm MST.
Post-Ceremony Integration Call will be held on Tuesday, May 30th at 7pm MST.
