Join Ocian Ward for an evening cacao and sound ceremony. This will be a delightful alchemy of breathwork, inner visualization, energy clearing, sharing and of course sound.

Ocian has been on the journey of self-awareness for most of her life. She has found that sound medicine is one of the most influential and beneficial natural medicines for self-healing we can be working with, in this time of great change. Over the years, Ocian has accumulated tools and philosophies that engages the mind, body and spirit in its own healing, some of which she will share with you this evening.

Come with warm layers and blankets as we will be laying down for the journey. Bring your own mug for the delicious drink. Sharing is encouraged but not mandatory after the ceremony. Journaling is also optional.
