The Breath can energize, detoxify, restore, balance and oxygenate your cells. It helps resolve repressed emotions allowing the release of what is no longer serving and an opening to expand awareness. This is a full engagement of our body, mind and spirit.
Breathe deeply and relax within a living soundscape filled with harmonic vocals, crystal vibrations, and trance drumming and shaking.
