These containers are trauma informed with many years of experience. Ocian and her support team provide space for each participant to explore this human experience and invite deep healing and connection between body, mind and soul.

We will begin by settling in, opening space, sharing intentions and receiving medicine. For the duration of the ceremony, we will be in our own spaces. Sound and songs will be offered to the group and individuals for 2.5-3 hours. After this, we will sit up, come to our sharing circle, then we will have a delicious meal together and have some social time. A well deserved meal after the deep work in ceremony.

WHAT TO BRING: 

*Yoga mat or same size mat

*blankets/ cushions (bring extra to lay on)

*layers of comfy clothes. 

*an altar piece, something that has value to you that you’d like to charge on the altar during our ceremony.
