Join Lila, Nazli, and Ocian for a full day retreat in the sacred sanctuary in the ever protective cedar forest on Wsaanich territory.
Lila, Nazli and Ocian have over 30 years combined experience holding space, facilitating, teaching and ceremony services.
Let this full day experience be a pillar of support & a cradle of source to lean into, to embrace. On this day, all you need to do is arrive, all else will easefully and gracefully be given, as you need.
Come into circle with sisters. Come to relax, unwind, rejuvenate & surrender to the empowering force that is the feminine. We will explore tools for grounding, releasing, healing, connecting and awakening the womb of creation within us all.
Arrive to a clear space, a smudge and the opening circle. We offer ourselves time to check in, set intentions, and welcome in the beautiful heart centred plant, cacao through a delicious elixir drink. We dance! We breath! We break bread together. (Delicious vegan lunch provided).
After lunch, we will settle into safe circle again, having some time to tune into our collective and individual womb space. Tea leaf readings & Yoni Steam with our closing circle to end for the evening, with clear integration support as needed.

WHAT IS A YONI STEAM?
Yoni steam: a steam for the yoni (a Sanskrit word meaning Source of life, vagina) we use specific herbal blends brewed into a tea. We women wrap ourselves in towels and blankets and literally sit on top of the bowl or pot with the warmed herbal brew made especially for your yoni. The skin in the vagina is incredibly sensitive and absorbant and so, the delicate herbal blend and all its cleansing, healing qualities is absorbed into the body. This is an ancient ritual believed to have found its origin in South Africa. Women in many cultures, Egypt, Greece, Rome, dating way back into human history have adapted this sacred ritual, designed only for women. A profound experience indeed!
