An exploration of sound and plant medicine

Beautiful souls!

This is an invitation especially for you to be a part of a Wombyn’s only pilgrimage into the depths of your own womb, heart and body. This container is held for and by identifying wombyn. In this container, we will work with forest (fungi) medicine to center ourselves in our fully sensing bodies, in clarity, truth and empowerment. 

Whether you have lots of experience sitting with medicines or this would be your first exploration, we are here to guide you through each step of the way. 

We will begin by settling in, opening space, sharing intentions and receiving medicine. For the duration of the ceremony, we will be in our own spaces. Sound and songs will be offered to the group and individuals for 2.5-3 hours. After this, we will sit up, come to our sharing circle, then we will have a delicious meal together and have some social time. A well deserved meal after the deep work in ceremony.

WHAT TO BRING: 

*Yoga mat or same size mat

*blankets/ cushions (bring extra to lay on)

*layers of comfy clothes. 

*an altar piece, something that reflects your relationship with your femininity, womb or maternal lineage.
