Women’s community breathwork event

Ocian, Lisa, and Ange invite you to our second Women’s group breathwork evening at the Church of Truth! Come together in an evening of community, breath and sound held in the warmth and gentleness of Spring. This gathering is an opportunity for us to draw upon our inner resources that have been gestating through the pause of Winter, and to emerge alight into the newness of the season. To gather in community with like-minded souls. To invite sound to nurture. To use breath to blossom. A space where softness and strength meet, reminding you to bloom with grace. We welcome you!
